Review:
5 Stars

"..when I wake up with Julia close to me, I'm holding the world in my arms."

"A Love Like This" was truly an angst fest that kept me glued to my Kindle!! Once again, Kahlen Aymes made me feel like I couldn't turn the pages fast enough.

This books starts off more or less where the second book ended, about a few months after. Right off the bat, things got interesting and then all hell broke lose!

A gang incident at the hospital where Ryan was doing his Residency, puts his life seriously at risk. But, a nurse, Jane, steps in and saves his life, but ends up getting hurt herself.  The extent of her injuries caused Ryan and Julia (more Ryan than Julia) to feel extremely guilty. But to what point did this guilt drive Ryan?? Queue the angst
Since Jane's character was introduced in this book, I knew there was something more.
But man!!! I did NOT expect what happened!!! gggrrrrr!!!

"If she was this blatant in front of me, what the hell was she like when I wasn't around?"

"Jane was out to get him, and I could see it clearly even if Ryan couldn't"

Ryan seriously pissed me off.. I mean I HATED Jane.. but Ryan??!!! ugh!! I know and understand he felt like he "owed" her..  but still.. he pissed me off!

"You forgot to remember me."

"I just want you back, Ryan." I said into the darkness. "I want us back."

"I let the guilt get out of hand."

*deep cleansing breath*
Ok so anyway.. this book was the best out of the three!!  I really liked the first one, loved the second one... and just died with this one!!!!!!! There were a lot of emotions at play here.

I know I said Ryan pissed me off.. but he was also very dreamy. Always the true romantic!

"~J,
You'll always have my soul...
Forever,
~R"

"Nothing had changed the love."

Ryan and Julia had a lot of ups and downs.. and more so in this book. I mean, wow!! They never seemed to catch a break!
Towards the end more or less, Julia did something, and again, I understood why she felt like she had to do it.. but sheesh! talk about stupidity!!!!
There were definitely a lot of "WHAT THE FU..." moments in this book!!!! A-LOT! and that was one of them! .. I'm telling ya' .. this was one angsty book!!

But that ending!??
LOVED it!!! Made everything worth it!! A truly wonderful ending to a wonderful trilogy!!

I strongly recommend The Remembrance Trilogy!!!
It's just one of those series that gets better with each book!!

Oh, and the book tittles?? You'll definitely understand them along the way. liked that!

"There never was nor will there ever be... A love like this."
