Synopsis:

E.L. Montes has done a great job with this book!
This book had a lot of mixed reviews and I could see why but I, on the other hand, enjoyed this book.
I really like the whole love, mystery, suspense, drama, possessive male, strong but vulnerable female, but hey, that's me *wink*
Mia has been through a lot with the lost of her family. She longs to have that family connection back. She is strong but yet has her vulnerable moments as well. When Mia meets Marcus she is very attracted to him (how could you not? HOT!) However she doesn't really trust him. She has had so much heartbreak in her life that she is scared to let someone in and have it broken all over again.
Marcus is the loving possessive kinda guy... would do just about anything for Mia, however he lives a duo-life that on one hand he is a successful lawyer living the life people only dream of. Then on the other hand, he lives a secret life that he and his brother at night work for "Uncle Lou".
Mia and Marcus are a wonderful couple that the reader can't help but want a HEA for.
Marcus is so sweet and caring for Mia that you can't help but love him. However you also can't help but feel sad that you just know something will happen to separate them.
You will love Mia and you will want to smack Mia. You will fall for Marcus and then want to yell at him to just tell Mia the truth!!
This story has just about everything from love to anger to hope.
In the end I was glad I came upon this book.
I would recommend this book due to the story was captivating and I really loved all the characters.
It does start a bit slow but please give it a chance you wont be disappointed. There are some answers left at the end unanswered but don't worry because Cautious is out and that is also a must read!
I give this book a 5 star rate and hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Synopsis:

Cautiously, they continue to struggle for what they desire more than anything, each other.
Though, that comes with a price … one that involves more HEARTBREAK and deception.
Can they survive another disastrous path?
Is their love strong enough to defeat all the obstacles, all of the BETRAYAL?
Not all broken relationships are repairable, but Marcus and Mia try their hardest to fight for themselves and for each other.

Coutious is the second installment to the book Disastrous by E.L.Montes.
The book picks up right where the last one ends.
In this book Mia and Marcus have to face a lot of obstacles in hopes that they can be together without the dangers of Marcus' secret life.
In this book, a lot of the secrets come out and there are dangers around that threaten to keep Mia and Marcus apart.
This was an intense story that gripped me from the start.
Oh! the steamy scenes... where steamy!!
I think I had to take a cold shower after a few *wink*
I want to say sooo much about this book but I don't want to give to much away.
I Laughed, I cried, I yelled and I totally Swooned!!
Loved the writing style!
Oh and the other characters in the book where great!! I hope Marcus' brother Jimmy gets his own book I would love to see him get his HEA! ( Hint Hint! )
All in all I felt the answers to my questions after the first book where answered and the love story between Mia and Marcus was told to perfection.
A lot of sequels I don't really care for but this one was done so well!
I may have even enjoyed this one more then the first
I give this one a 5.5 rating and will definitely find myself reading this series again!
