Ok so I JUST finished the book.. like 3 minutes ago.. and I don't even know what to do with myself!!!!!
Just when I think I can't get a worse book hang over, I come across one of Abbi Glines' books!!
My God, this lady knows how to write a damn good book!!!!!!!
*deep sigh*
When I first met Woods in Fallen Too Far, I knew I liked him... then in Never Too Far, my huge crush was confirmed.. BUT NOW, after really getting to know Woods Kerrington, I think I just died and went to book boyfriend heaven!!!!
'I couldn't do it. I could not lie to her just to get her to keep fucking me. DAMMIT! Why did I have to be so honorable?'
...
'She was making it hard to breathe. The soft pleading in her voice was going to break me. "I would never hurt you," I swore. I could never hurt her. I just want to protect her. '

"I'll be whatever she needs me to be. I can't walk away from her, I tried. I'm hooked. And now I'm about to lose my mind because I don't know how to help her. I just need to go find her and hold her the rest of the damn day. I need to know she's okay."

Della Sloan was a 19 year old girl with emotional scars and fears that went all the way back to her childhood. She longed for a physical connection with someone and she basically used sex as a mechanism to feel closeness, comfort.. to feel cherished. But don't get the wrong idea about her.. she's only had sex with three guys. The point about the sex for her is about the emotional side that comes with it.
' Sex made me feel close to someone even if it was just for a little while. I'd lost my virginity to a guy who held me and touched me. I'd wanted to be touched so badly. I'd wanted to feel close to someone. It had been a mistake. The guy hadn't been caring and thoughtful the way Woods was. Having Woods touch me was so different. I craved the way he made me feel.'
Woods was just what Della needed in her life as Della was what Woods didn't know he was missing in his. They were perfect for each other.
"Fucking you is all I can think about but it's a bad idea. Push me away and leave the room. It's the only way I can keep from touching you." - Woods

I mean honestly, I canNOT love them any more.. There are SO MANY more quotes that I could write here and they'd definitely make you swoon in the best freaking way..but it'll make this post eternally long haha.. so I'll just have to control myself..
This book was brilliantly written. I read it in ONE DAY!!!.. It's just one of those books where you physically struggle to put it down!!
There were moments where my heart was racing, others where I wanted to kill some of the characters... and there were moments where I simply melt..
*whispers* and those sex scenes?!! MY OH MY!!!!!!!!!!! HOT! *wink*
AAAHHH!!! and OMG TRIPP!!!!!!!!!!???!!!!!!!!
I really hope he gets his own book!!! Because I loved him!! Total sweetheart! Very protective and yu-mmy!!!
Twisted Perfection was truly a captivating and emotional story!!!

But don't worry.. regarding the relationship between Woods and Della, the book ends in a wonderful place, but regarding the general story line, it ends in a sort of "HOLY CRAP" moment.
Do yourself a favor and read this book! seriously..!!!
by the way.. You don't have to read Fallen Too Far and Never Too Far but it would definitely make you appreciate more the other characters and their relationships.
