REVIEW:
5 Stars!!
Oh my goodness!!! Jagger Kennedy is one yummy piece of man candy that I
want all for myself! I absolutely loved this novella. Dazed kept me hooked from ‘cover to cover’ and I could not be
happier with how things unfolded. I seriously have no complaints whatsoever.
Loved it. It kept my mind completely off the fact that I was in a 6-hour
flight……and trust me, that’s a GREAT thing since I am terrified of airplanes.
Upon meeting, Jagger and Aerie had an instant connection that truly
sizzled off the pages. I felt it and found myself grinning like a fool
while reading their interactions and banter. You could just tell they were made
for each other. And I mean that in every way possible.
Aerie was such a great female lead. She had her issues, mind you, but
she never got on my nerves. I understood her and could honestly relate
to her. Her need for control, for being overly organized, was the reason she needed
Jagger in her life. With his fun, down to earth, and witty personality, he
showed her how to really enjoy her days…how to stop fussing over doing
everything a certain way.
It was amazing seeing how
together, Aerie and Jagger worked out their problems and became better people. They
became whole….together. You could notice how they rubbed off on each other and
more importantly, how they brought out the best in each other. Seeing and experiencing that with them, made my heart extremely happy.
I LOVE books that take things beyond a physical attraction/relationship. I may
have happy-sighed once or twice throughout the story line. Hell, who am I
kidding? People were flat out staring at me. Hahaha!!
Unfortunately, their relationship wasn’t a walk in the park either. Yes,
there were a few bumps along the way, but they made everything worth it. There
were even a few little twists and turns too. I found that I rooted for Jagger
and Aerie since page one because to me, they just HAD to make everything work.
They HAD to. And be still my heart….Jagger wasn’t giving up on Aerie – on them – so THAT alone made me swoon
beyond what words can explain.
I. Love. Jagger. Kennedy.
Dazed is a story of love and trust that I highly recommend you buy!
Even though it is NOT necessary for you to read Connected and Torn –
books 1 and 2 in The Connections Series, prior to this one, I recommend you do
so. River and Dahlia are in fact present in Dazed
and we get a little more of their story. Go buy this novella!! You won’t be
sorry.

About the author:
Kim Karr
I live in Florida with my husband and four kids. I’ve always had a love for reading books and writing. Being an English major in college, I wanted to teach at the college level but that was not to be. I went on to receive an MBA and became a project manager until quitting to raise my family. I currently work part-time with my husband and full-time embracing one of my biggest passions—writing.
I wear a lot of hats! Writer, book-lover, wife, soccer-mom, taxi driver, and the all around go-to person of the family. However, I always find time to read. One of my favorite family outings use to be taking my kids to the bookstore or the library. Today, my oldest child is in college and my twins are juniors so they no longer go with me on these outings. And although I don’t need to go to the actual store anymore because I have the greatest device ever invented—a Kindle, I still do. There’s nothing like a paperback. So now my four year old and I make dates out of going to the bookstore–it’s time I love and cherish.
I like to believe in soulmates, kindred spirits, true friends, and Happily-Ever-Afters. I love to drink champagne, listen to music, and hopes to always stay young at heart. <3
