SEX, DECISIONS & ROCK N ROLL by @michelleleebook - #REVIEW

Series: Redemption Tour #2
Genre: Contemporary Romance
He holds my heart.

He makes me feel safer than I ever have.

He's shown me what love really is.

Dash Ford, lead singer of Redemption, is my light in the dark. I can't imagine my world without him.

I want him to be my future.

But, my past has caught up with me, reminding me of who I was. Of who I still am.

A woman that will never be enough for a man like Dash. A woman who doesn't fit into his world.

A woman too broken--still.

I'm afraid that no matter what happens, no matter what decisions I have to make, there truly is only one outcome.

Either way--Can I truly face my past?

Will I be strong enough?

Can his light be my salvation?

But most of all, when all is decided--Will I survive?

If you have NOT read book 1: Sex, Desires & Rock N Roll, then you need to STOP right here and go one-click. All I can say is that book 1 was great, but book two was even better! But seriously, though, STOP READING. This review will contain spoilers for book one!!

After that massive cliffhanger, I needed this book. I craved to read more. Michelle Lee starts off right where that first installment ended – with Jules’ ex being Chef Becc. Say what!? Yes. Not only did Jules have to deal with that, but she also had to put up with Dash being in Europe on tour while the paparazzi published juicy stories about him and Nadia who was in fact after her man. *Insert evil stare here.* Doubts and insecurities came out to play with everything that was happening in Jules’ life, which was completely understandable. There were moments where she drove me a bit crazy, but in general, I understood where she was coming from.

“Know that I will love you harder. Know that I will love you longer. Know that I will love you forever. Know that. Believe in that, and everything else will work out. You’re embedded in my soul. You are my soul and I can’t live without it. I can’t live without you.” – Dash

Good Lord, Dash was swoonier than ever!! With words like that and with how protective he was of Jules, you’d think everything would be okay between them. Well, you’d be wrong. I mean, don’t get me wrong, Dash and Jules were more than great when they were alone, ahem, but any other time, they seemed to face a lot of challenges from outside forces. As a reader, I loved the angst and drama created along the way! Loved it. It made the book all that much better.

“Just give me this moment to have you in my arms. Just give me this moment of peace and calm amongst all this chaos. Just give me you.”

Overall, I really did enjoy every moment in this book. Jules and Dash’s story is one you need to check out and fall in love with yourself. You won’t be sorry! Prepare to swoon, ladies! 4.5 Stars!
