This was one of the most beautiful books in this series!! I have read each and every one of these books and this one was highly anticipated. Casey Markham was one that didn't put up with anything, dealt with her men her way and made sure she got what she wanted. She liked her men a certain way and never deviated from that type. They were sexy, rich, powerful and were all about themselves....but that made it easy for her to hit it and quit it. She didn't need a man to cling on to her...she wanted the power in the relationship.
However, upon meeting Tenn Jennings....the switch got flipped on her. Hard.

The fact that he made her take a second look concerned her....he was definitely NOT her type. And she knew it. He was dangerous to her. Very dangerous. I loved the fact that she couldn't control herself around him and that made this relationship so much more enjoyable to watch as it played out.
~ Definitely not with someone like him...all tall, dark, and so completely far out of my comfort zone that I would be crazy to entertain even the notion of hooking up with this guy. He doesn't look like someone that could be so easily discardable~
I loved that he had to prove everything to her too. He tested her boundaries and made her really come out of her comfort zone and I enjoyed that about him. He was what she needed to come into herself....to grow and to flourish into this loving woman that was capable of more than she ever thought possible.

~Yes, he does look dangerous. It's why he's appealing to me so much. He's like forbidden fruit. He's like fire. He's all the things I shouldn't touch but the temptation is too strong to ignore.~
Tenn Jennings had one thing in mind when it came to his cross-country road trip; and meeting the most gorgeous woman was most definitely NOT in that plan. Anywhere.

When these two came together, it was fiery and magical, all combined into one explosive night. I loved their dynamic and the way that he tested her, but the way that she tested him was just as amusing as well. She wasn't the normal run of the mill girl he usually ran into. The fact that they both tested each other and both tried to outdo each other made it comical as well.

Tenn and Casey had something and I loved how they couldn't deny the sexual tension between them, no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't escape the feelings. Casey had never had ANY man put her first and make her break her own rules, and Tenn was doing it.....ONE rule at a time. She was finding herself comparing him to the 'other' guys, and how much better he was. And then she was mad at herself for doing it! Hahaha!! Classic.
I loved this. Absolutely LOVED it. This was Casey's story and it was told so well. We got to see why Casey was the way she was with men, why she had the very strict rules she had and why she refused to change. I thought that Tenn was the most perfect man for her....he put her first. He thought of her and how he could make HER happy, at any expense. He was a true gentleman in every single way.
TENN WAS A DIRTY TALKER!!! He had a mouth that made ME blush....and it was so HOT!
All in all, this was absolutely the most perfect way to tell Casey's story. Perfect!!! I loved it!!! And when the meaning of the title of the story came about....I totally exhaled. It was the most perfect and sexy way to describe Casey. Tenn makes me sigh....so sexy!!
~But the sex alone isn't what has me fully whipped. It's the intrigue~
